Without structured support, organisations risk attrition, slower return-to-productivity, disengagement, increased recruitment costs and disruption to leadership pipelines.

About Us
Kellie Nedelcoux
Kellie Nedelcoux is a leadership coach and former Senior HR professional with over 15 years’ corporate experience.
She founded Career & Parenthood to address a gap she saw repeatedly in organisations: high-performing professionals struggling through parental transition with little structured support.
As a working parent herself, Kellie combines professional expertise with lived experience to deliver practical, empathetic and results-driven support.
Her work focuses on helping organisations retain valuable talent and enabling parents to build sustainable, fulfilling careers.
Emma: Senior Coach & Facilitator
Emma is an ICF-accredited Career & Return to Work Coach, specialising in career development and parental transitions. She is an ACA-qualified accountant with 15 years’ experience across practice and industry, including working as a Finance Director at a FTSE 100 company.
Drawing on her leadership experience, lived experience of parenthood, and robust coaching toolkit, Emma brings empathy, insight, and practical support to help her clients succeed at work and beyond.
"Kellie has an incredible ability to understand your goals and strengths, translating them into actionable steps for professional growth. Her personalised approach allows you to feel extremely comfortable and she offers invaluable insights and advice to help you navigate returning back to work. If you're seeking a dedicated and insightful coach who can help you visualise your career success with new levels of clarity and confidence I would 100% recommend Kellie."
"I’d highly recommend Kellie as a knowledgeable, engaging, and authentic Parent & Carer coach, and speaker. Kellie supported ASOS for our internal careers event, and delivered a talk on ‘Parenting In The Workplace’. "
ASOS - Talent Acquisition leader
"Kellie is an incredible coach. Her knowledge on supporting those on parental leave and assisting parents with returning to work is unmatched. I highly recommend Kellie to anyone looking to get coaching services."
- Company Director
"Kellie has been working with our Parenthood ERG Leads to provide an objective view on how the group can maximise their impact in supporting the parental community at Capri. From the very beginning, Kellie demonstrated a deep understanding of our needs and provided insightful guidance through multiple working sessions with the team. The collaboration empowered the team to develop an inclusive framework that aligns with the wider D&I goals."
